According to The Daily Superhero, Marvel Studios’ next film Captain America: The Winter Soldier will be undergoing some additional photography starting in just two weeks. Production on the film will reassemble for two days before breaking for the holidays. They  will then shoot for an additional two weeks in January of 2014. No word on what the additional shooting will include, but as the site says, it has become standard practice for Marvel films to go back for more shooting as both Iron Man 3 and Thor: The Dark World have done this as well.

Starring Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson, Samuel L. Jackson, Robert Redford, Sebastian Stan, Anthony Mackie, Cobie Smulders, Frank Grillo, Georges St-Pierre, Hayley Atwell, Toby Jones, Emily VanCamp and Maximiliano Hernández, Captain America: The Winter Soldier will pick-up where Marvel’s The Avengers left off, as Steve Rogers struggles to embrace his role in the modern world and teams up with Natasha Romanoff, aka Black Widow, to battle a powerful yet shadowy enemy in present-day Washington, D.C.

Directed by Anthony and Joe Russo, Captain America: The Winter Soldier hits theaters on April 4, 2014.
