Beats Music will close the doors to its music streaming service at the end of the month.
According to details posted on Beats’ web site, all subscriptions will be cancelled as of Nov. 30. Beats suggests subscribers move their music selections and preferences to Apple Music, Apple’s replacement streaming music service.
Apple says its own music product offers better recommendations, and it includes the Beats 1 global radio station as well as social content shared by artists. Apple Music costs $10 per month for single users and $15 for families.
Apple purchased Beats last year and this change has been expected for some time.
