Amazon has announced that their Prime Instant Video is now available on iPad. Subscribers to the company’s Prime service can install the Amazon Instant Video app and get unlimited streaming of thousands of instant videos on iPad. It joins Kindle Fire, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Roku, and hundreds more TVs and Blu-ray players, that all play videos available from Amazon.
They’ve also recently signed deals to add even more content for Prime members. Within the last few weeks, adding TV shows to the lineup like Fringe and The West Wing, which are exclusive to Prime Instant Video through mid–September, and Downton Abbey Season 2, one of their most popular TV series.
