Aereo, a live TV streaming/DVR service has today announced that it will be expanding into Utah on August 19.
With memberships beginning at $8 per month, Aereo allows customers to access 30 major broadcast channels on any internet-connected device as well as record up to 20 hours of DVR content in a cloud account. A pre-registration page has been setup online, and will provide priority access to anyone who signs up before the August 19 launch.
In addition, Aereo has also announced that after the Utah expansion it will begin to prepare for a September 13 launch in Chicago.
