ABC has canceled Selfie, in a move that shocks none but saddens a few. The freshman sitcom has aired six episodes so far, and ABC’s current plan is to still air at least one more, which seems like an excellent strategy all around.
Selfie, a modern-day take on Pygmalion, had glimmers of promise but ultimately was not as good as one would want it to be, especially given the intense charm of its leads, John Cho and Karen Gillian.
